Our BSc (Hons) Business and Tourism Management degree is designed to give you the key business skills needed for a successful career in this sector. There’s a particular focus on the current challenges facing the tourism industry, including sustainability, ethical tourism, diverse competition and crisis management.

Foundation Year
Your ARU London lecturers all have first-hand experience of business and hospitality, so you can feel confident that the content of your degree is relevant to the demanding, constantly evolving world of business and tourism.
In your final year, you’ll undertake an Tourism and Events Live Project. This is an opportunity to combine your academic knowledge with experiences beyond the classroom, apply your skills and personal ideas, and develop transferable skills which can be applied in the workplace.
Throughout your studies, you’ll have access to tailored support from our Employability Service, designed to help you prepare for your future career. This includes workshops on CV writing, interview techniques, and career planning, as well as guest talks from industry professionals.
We work with several employers to offer part-time work in conjunction with our degrees.
On successful completion of your BSc (Hons) Business and Tourism Management degree, you might choose to move on to postgraduate studies, such as our Master of Business Administration – International.
